JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 21061 JOB DETAILS: UW Stout\'s Salesforce Team is the data backbone of marketing, enrollment, and retention. The work is collaborative, challenging and results in connecting students to UW-Stout to achieve their educational and career goals. This position collaborates with various stakeholders/sponsors to prioritize, design, develop and launch Salesforce tools manage technology projects across the Enterprise Information Systems department. RESPONSIBILITIES -Develop, maintain, and support Salesforce CRM applications and integrations for the University. -Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. -Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders. -Review solution architecture with project team throughout the design and development process. -Design and build Salesforce applications, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes. -Manage project schedules and resources. -Resolve issues and risks. -Document development progress and results. -Provides support and training to technical as well as the general user community. -Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. -Maintain current knowledge of the Salesforce platform and related systems.
