Collaborate closely with experienced engineers to enhance lab capabilities, conduct critical development and certification testing, and contribute to innovative aerospace projects. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the R&D Lab team by taking direction from senior engineers on active projects. * Design pressure, flow, and spray test stands and upgrades, focusing on improved automation using control valves and pressure & flow sensors. * Train coworkers on electronics applications to enhance team capabilities and knowledge. * Develop and improve test stand control hardware and safety circuitry to enhance operational efficiency. * Assist in upgrading hydraulic test stands, focusing on control valves, pumps, and automation systems. * Assist calibration efforts for lab and production test stands to ensure accuracy and reliability. * Participate actively in a High-Performance Team environment, contributing to various functions as needed. * Present project plans, data, and results to the team, generating detailed reports to facilitate informed decision-making. * Support fellow engineers with projects and tasks, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to a zero-incident culture. Requirements * Bachelor"s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field. * Strong experience in electrical systems design, soldering/wiring, and troubleshooting. * Excellent skills for presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, along with precise scientific documentation abilities. * Interpersonal Skills * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and innovation. * Willingness to travel occasionally to other facilities, local universities, and suppliers. * Must be a U.S. citizen.
