Job Summary

As an Executive Chef at Compass Group USA in Mercersburg, PA, you have the outstanding chance to coordinate a dynamic culinary team and craft outstanding dining experiences. You will lead all aspects of the culinary functions, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Your role will be crucial in crafting world-class meals that reflect local and balanced practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost controls and strictly manage expenditures for the account

• Plan and develop all menus with an ambitious approach to culinary excellence

• Purchase and manage inventory diligently

• Successfully implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred

• Three to five years of proven culinary management experience

• High volume production and catering experience is critical

• Previous experience leading cost controls

• Determination to learn and grow with a remarkable foodservice company
