Position:  Corporate Communications Manager

Job Location:  Meridian, ID | Salt Lake City, UT or any J-U-B office location

The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for managing and directing J-U-B's proposal, marketing and graphics teams.  Collectively developing J-U-B's strategy on internal and external marketing & communications. This position is responsible for information sharing, corporate level branding/marketing/public relations, internal and external websites, social media and proposal development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Communications Group including the Proposal, Marketing and Graphics Teams, directing the design and development of creative material, providing daily management of teams, and guiding the development of team members.  
  • Ensure resources (people and budget) are allocated according to project needs.
  • Manage corporate communications/marketing budget.
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors and consultants
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our corporate social media strategy.
  • Ensure programs meet or exceed current standards in marketing and communications.
  • Drive corporate strategy and message development, as well as, pitch and announcement strategies.
  • Manage company brand and reputation, develop branding initiatives, internal communications, and external media relations.
  • Determine communications strategy and execute programs to deliver communications objectives throughout the organization.
  • Oversee multiple projects with competing deadlines, assigning work to teams appropriately to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 10  years of experience in communications, proposals, and marketing
  • 5 years' experience leading and managing creative teams, required
  • Management and development of diverse teams
  • Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development
  • Experience in proposal development, a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Compensation: $110,000 -- $125,000 annually, determined by experience.
