Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Collaborate with the business partners to develop a business plan for the business unit

  • Create& review materials with business teams on their financial plans

  • Perform variance analysis and connect business drivers to financial results

  • Perform profitability analysis at product, customer/ region and provide recommendations to maximize revenue & profit

  • Perform ad-hoc business case analysis for new business models and support profitable allocation of supply

  • Understand and manage the net pricing model for the business unit

  • Collaborate with peers in the finance & business team to drive process improvements

  • Be an expert in understanding the financial systems, and processes in Micron and be a single point of contact for the business unit

Requirements

  • 4 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling, or related fields in the manufacturing industry

  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI and SQL skills are a plus

  • Organized, detail-oriented, curious and strong focus on accuracy

  • Proven financial modeling skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and ability to work across functional boundaries

  • Capable of working under tight deadlines

  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$88,000.00 - $190,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
