Do you have experience in Human Resources? Are you a UKG Ready expert? If so, you can use both of those skills in this HRIS Analyst position. We are currently recruiting for a temporary opportunity at a growing organization in the area. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a related position.

salary: $45 - $50 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in HRIS related projects including new module implementations and system upgrades

• Provide support and training to staff on system and best practices

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide technical support to HR Staff

• Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials for HRIS processes and procedures

• Work with IT and vendors to manage system changes and ensure successful project delivery

• Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for system and process enhancements and efficiencies

• Implement best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Manage and maintain HR data integrity within UKG Ready

• Develop and generate customized reports and dashboards to support decision making

• Oversee configuration and testing of system modules including payroll, talent management, and benefits

Skills

• UKG Ready (3 years of experience is required)

• HRIS (5 years of experience is preferred)

• Human Resources (5 years of experience is preferred)

• Ultipro (3 years of experience is required)

• Microsoft Office (3 years of experience is required)

• Analysis
