Position Summary:

SMART Customer Solutions, is looking for an Inbound Phone Sales Representative that is professional, kind, caring and enjoys people! Their job is to help explain to callers from tv & radio ads, how switching their wireless service will benefit them and their family members! This person must enjoy helping people while being patient and tactful. Our wireless provider is a national brand which provides substantial savings!NOhard selling required!

Capabilities/Key Competencies:

• Persistence: must not give up on the first negative response from the potential customer. Persist in informing the customer about the VALUE of our wireless products/services.
• Focus and determination: must focus on sales results during a set period.
• Wireless Product Knowledge: Phone sales rep should understand basic wireless services and plans. We will teach you even greater features & benefits.
