ManpowerGroup Network Technician I in Mesa, Arizona

Our client, a leader in Network Infrastructure, is seeking a Network Technician I to join their team. As a Network Technician, you will be part of the Infrastructure Delivery department, supporting the expansion and maintenance of next-generation networks. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , attention to detail , and team collaboration abilities , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Network Technician I

Location: Mesa, AZ, US

Pay Range: $28.33 per hour

What’s the Job?

  1. Deliver simple, sustainable, and repeatable solutions and processes.

  2. Collaborate with Network Engineering and Project Manager teams for smooth rollouts.

  3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot TCP/IP networking issues.

  4. Manage work and priorities using a ticketing system and workflow tools.

  5. Participate in the migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.

What’s Needed?

  1. Experience with cabling and server rack installation.

  2. At least 1 year of experience in a data center environment.

  3. 1+ years of experience with Linux troubleshooting, including firmware flashes and BIOS configuration.

  4. Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards.

  5. Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
