Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility

• Enhance quality assurance management processes

• Drive operational and quality efficiency

• Implement process improvements

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Lead and mentor a team

• Implement quality control measures

• Generate regular reports on KPIs

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement

Essential Skills

• Experience as an operations manager

• Experience as a manufacturing manager

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a manufacturing operations manager

• Bachelor's degree is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong experience in quality assurance

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of quality control

• Knowledge of supply chain management

Shift & Pay

• M-F

• 8 am - 5 pm

• $120-140k (DOE)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00

• Offers a bonus program - up to 5%

• 401K and benefits

• Once a month they do "Good News Monday" where they give away gift cards and other raffles

• Last year they did a raffle where they gave away a car

• During the holidays they gave out vouchers for turkeys, cupcake and king cakes
