Job Title: Vehicle Maintenance Operator

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr.

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Vehicle Maintenance Operator to join our team of skilled technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting monthly maintenance cycles on vehicles and ensuring they are in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing the vehicle yard and perform incoming inspections as needed.

• Conduct periodic vehicle inspections as outlined in our maintenance playbook.

• Collaborate closely with the assembly, logistics, and quality teams.

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

• Valid Arizona driver's license.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and service requirements.

• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in the automotive industry.

• Strong desire to learn and continuously improve.

• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
