Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the telecom provider industry for a Compensation Analyst role to be located in Mesquite, Texas, 75150, United States. The role will be based in our service delivery center, also known as the Employee Experience Center (EEC), where you will be handling a variety of tasks related to compensation and human resources.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the EEC team in handling a backlog of cases and questions from employees

• Managing a variety of ticket items ranging from transfers, promotions, leaves, retirements, sick leave, new hires, compensation requests, etc.

• Escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed

• Making adjustments in the Workday HRIS platform

• Handling high volume of inquiries, ideally drawing from previous experience in a large company

• Demonstrating flexibility in handling workloads and adapting to new systems and processes

• Applying knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Human Resources (HR) Administration, and Employment Law - Employee

• Utilizing skills in Benefit Functions, Commission Functions, and Compensation Administration

• Adapting to the evolving needs and processes of the EEC team. Requirements • Proficient in understanding and handling Benefit Functions

• Experienced in managing Commision Functions

• Expertise in Compensation Administration

• Understanding and knowledge of Compensation & Benefits

• Skilled in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Familiarity with Employment Law - Employee

• Proficient in using Workday HRIS
