Robert Half is working with a local IT Services company based in Metairie on a search for an Associate Systems Administrator to join their growing team.

Skills needed include:

• 1-2+ years of Active Directory Microsoft 365 administration and network troubleshooting

• Having experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a plus.

Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Systems Administrator role or similar

• Proficient in Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365

• Demonstrable experience in Network Troubleshooting

• Possess strong problem-solving skills

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Proven ability to learn new systems and software quickly

• Must have a strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
