Industrial Landscape Maintenance Crew Member-MUST HAVE CURRENT TWIC

Overview: Greater New Orleans, Louisiana: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking talented team members to help meet the demands for our growing landscaping division. This position offers a $1000 Sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm. Limited overtime available.

Essential Duties: Use your landscaping experience and people skills to be an effective team member. Perform landscaping tasks such as pruning, planting, digging, and mulching. Work diligently in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.). Operate landscape-related tools and equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers). Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements/Skills: Be 18 years of age or older. Landscaping experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of horticulture practices and standards. DISA compliant. Valid TWIC or eligible to obtain a TWIC. A solid work ethic and good teamwork skills. Skills in various gardening techniques and equipment. Knowledge and ability to use landscape-related tools. High school degree or GED is preferred. Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Ability to read and write.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.). Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating landscaping equipment.
