Description

Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk located in the Metuchen, New Jersey area. This role involves managing and maintaining the organization’s financial records, providing support to other departments, and playing a crucial role in helping manage cash flow and ensuring that funds are available for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining the organization's financial records

• Providing support to other departments within the organization

• Monitoring bank accounts and reconciling statements

• Managing electronic payment systems

• Supporting cash flow management processes

• Identifying and implementing process improvements in financial management

• Ensuring that all financial transactions are in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures

• Aiding in streamlining financial processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the organization

• Providing accurate and timely financial information to management for informed decision-making about the daily cash flow and the organization’s financial future

• Handling all bank reconciliations that come in and out and posting all payments

• Allocating payments to Purchase Orders

• Setting up payments from aging reports
