CiTi BOCES has an immediate opening for a Migrant Education Tutor in Wayne County. The CiTi’s Migrant Education Tutorial and Support Services (METS) program provides individualized instruction and support services in order to promote the academic success of migrant eligible students.

Duties include providing migrant youth with tutoring, advocacy, and support services; maintaining contact with students’ teachers to align support with classroom instruction; assisting with the planning and implementation of field trips and other program-sponsored events; participating in staff meetings and required professional development; and submitting timely and accurate required documentation (schedules, service records, time sheets, travel reimbursement, etc.).

Job Qualifications

Interested applicants must have High School Diploma or Equivalent, comply with required fingerprinting/background check, t eaching/outreach experience & Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
