We are seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping students with diverse learning needs achieve their full potential. This role involves developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with colleagues and families, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.

• Adapt and modify curriculum and instructional materials to meet the needs of students.

• Provide direct instruction and support to students in various settings, including inclusive classrooms and specialized programs.

• Collaborate with administrators, support staff, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning.

• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed to promote growth and achievement.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and progress.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.

• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.

• Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
