Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role involves managing and processing high volume accounts payable, three-way matching, and reconciling statements within the Yacht Services industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process high volume accounts payable.

• Perform three-way match for invoice processing.

• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.

• Record and maintain accurate information in the customer credit database.

• Monitor customer credit accounts for payment compliance.

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Work closely with the accounts team to ensure all financial data is accurate.

• Ensure all financial records are compliant with company policies and regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Utilize Accounts Payable (AP) skills to perform job duties effectively.
