Position Overview:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be entrusted with providing executive-level administrative support, managing a diverse range of responsibilities with precision and discretion. This prestigious position demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced setting and can handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and maintain complex calendars, coordinating appointments, meetings, and high-profile events with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including booking flights, luxury accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

  • High-Level Documentation: Prepare and refine reports, presentations, and strategic documents to support executive decision-making and stakeholder communication.

  • Project Support: Assist in project management by tracking milestones, following up on key action items, and providing timely updates to senior executives.

  • Research Excellence: Conduct thorough research and compile critical information to support executive initiatives and strategic planning.

  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and resourcefulness.

    Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior administrative role.

Exceptional Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills, combined with advanced organizational and time-management abilities.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software; experience with sophisticated project management tools is advantageous.

Professional Discretion: A demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
