We are in search of a meticulous Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team based in Miami, Florida. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing cash flow, reducing bad debt, and fostering positive customer relationships. You will also be tasked with preparing and reviewing intricate invoices, ensuring billing processes align with company and GAAP controls, and making well-informed decisions to maximize customer payments. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications.

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and precise.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.

• Prepare and audit complex invoices for the company.

• Adhere to company and GAAP financial controls and standards in billing processes.

• Use discretion to maximize payment from customers.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers while adhering to financial controls and standards.

• Utilize Excel Formulas for efficient data management.

• Perform other accounts receivable related tasks as required.

Requirements • Proficiency in Excel Formulas is required

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to handle Customer Invoices effectively and efficiently

• Familiarity with AIA Billing procedures is necessary

• Experience in general Billing functions is essential

• Understanding of Progress Billing is required

• Knowledge in Project Billing is a must
