Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our financial team. In your role as AR Analyst, you will review and maintain our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Generating, posting, and sending out invoices to clients.

• Performing account reconciliations regularly, resolving any discrepancies.

• Tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues, escalating to appropriate internal parties when necessary.

• Reporting on collection activity and cash receipts.

• Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status of the accounts.

• Assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process.

• Participating in periodical and annual audits.

• Maintaining an accurate aging report.

• Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

• Reviewing and complying with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven working experience as an AR Analyst or similar role.

• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, particularly strong in Excel.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Outstanding mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
