TEKsystems Bilingual Office Service Coordinator in Miami, Florida

Job Title: Office Services CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Services Coordinator to manage mailroom and office services in our Miami office. The successful candidate will handle incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate office services, and assist with company events and last-minute tasks. This role requires being onsite five days a week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Essential Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in mailroom and office services

  • Ability to cover phones during lunch time or scheduled absences at the reception desk

  • Experience placing service calls for mail processing equipment

Nice To Have

  • Experience with printing name badges and coordinating shredding services

  • Ability to assist with special printing requests from senior leaders

  • Experience assisting with office relocations and company events

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Miami, Florida.

Work Environment

Onsite 5x a week in the Miami office. Mon.-Fri. 8a-5p
