Aviation Repair Technologies, LLC Customer Service Manager in Miami, Florida

Aviation Repair Technologies is a leading FAA and EASA-certified repair station specialized in component MRO, airframe maintenance, part sales, logistics, and aircraft end-of-life management services for the most popular commercial and regional aircraft operating today. ART supports aircraft operators around the world from our state-of-the-art component MRO located in Blytheville, Arkansas, and Corporate and Sales office in Doral, Florida.

ART is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager. This position reports to the VP - Operations and will be based in Doral, Florida.

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Assist planning labor allocation and resource scheduling in support of ARTs component maintenance activities;
  • Compile, review and update repair orders and related documentation in ARTs IT system;
  • Provide work status updates to customers and communicate requirements to ARTs operations team;
  • Maintain accuracy of technical records, including confirming latest revisions and performing airworthiness directive and service bulletin searches;
  • Respond to customer inquiries on a regular basis;
  • Receive and implement customer feedback to improve the quality of service;
  • Manage daily progress in meeting important business metrics;
  • Generate detailed reports on customer interactions;
  • Provide additional upskilling or learning opportunities for team members; and
  • Perform other duties as directed.

NICE TO HAVES, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • Experience using QuickAviation; and
  • Experience with ISO-9001 reporting systems.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant professional field;
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a customer service position at a FAA-certified repair station or similar aircraft maintenance operation;
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company work product and related policies and procedures;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Be able to work regular business hours;
  • Able to communicate orally and in writing in a professional manner;
  • Strong business ethics;
  • Be 18 years or older and have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
