Job Description:

This job is responsible for processing operational and administrative transactions to support Global Wealth and Investment Management operations. Key responsibilities include covering core operations functional areas such as client service opportunities, report generation, trade correction processing, money movement processing, data entry, etc. Job expectations include processing transactions according to the bank's procedures and processes, while referring non-standard problems to the Market Client Relationship Manager to protect the client and the Financial Advisors practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads Global Wealth and Investment Management's operational needs to complete money movement tasks, while applying the bank's policies and procedures best practices

  • Prioritizes associate development by providing feedback to the Market Client Relationship Manager to ensure Financial Advisors (FAs) and Client Associates (CAs) requests are submitted accurately

  • Manages daily tasks and applies judgement during decision making to ensure all operations are executed in a timely manner

  • Works with clients in a professional manner to address their needs, identify client service opportunities, while notifying the FA and/or CA of the client opportunity

  • Conducts quality control checks on clients' portfolios and transactions to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
