Robert Half is currently assisting one of our clients located in downtown Miami in their search for an HR Assistant. Our client is a dynamic organization committed to fostering a positive work environment and supporting their employees' growth and development.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's Human Resources team as an HR Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support and assist with various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.

• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.

• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

• Process payroll information and assist with payroll-related tasks.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an HR support role preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
