Robert Half HR Coordinator in Miami, Florida

Description We are inviting applications for the role of an HR Coordinator based in Miami, Florida. This role belongs to the industry of human resource management and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for onboarding new employees, verifying their documents, and maintaining a mostly remote work setup.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the onboarding process of new employees ensuring a smooth transition into the company

• Verify and cross-check all necessary documents provided by new employees for accuracy

• Operate on a Monday to Friday schedule, maintaining the work timings of 8AM - 5PM

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Dayforce for various HR functions and management

• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures

• Execute background checks when necessary and in compliance with company policies

• Manage communication within the team to ensure all information is disseminated appropriately

• Handle benefit functions and resolve any related issues

• Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer within the system

• Utilize Ceridian and About Time for effective HR management and timekeeping. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time software

• Strong auditing skills

• Ability to conduct background checks in compliance with legal standards

• Understanding of benefit functions and related processes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other HR related software

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
