Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled IDG/CSD Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, repairing, overhauling, modifying, and reassembling Power Generation/IDG aircraft components. You will perform routine, non-routine, and preventative maintenance on (gearboxes, CSD/IDG, hydraulics, pneumatic valves, electromechanical starters, generators, and fuel systems). While in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, EASA Part 147 repair knowledge, and company policies.

• Perform detailed inspections and maintenance on IDG and CSD units.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

• Stay updated with the latest technical manuals and service bulletins.

• strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in aviation components.

• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.

The essential functions of this role include:
