We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Opa Locka. Responsibilities

• Analyze problems in plastic injection molding machines (electronics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, operational).

• Adjust machines for maximum production and quality.

• Troubleshoot and test equipment for operational checks.

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on assigned equipment.

• Repair and diagnose problems using support equipment (overhead cranes, chillers, air compressors, etc.).

• Troubleshoot systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) using schematics, drawings, testing equipment, and PLC control systems.

• Repair facility equipment, fixtures, conveyors, etc.

• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate injection molding machines.

• Maintain industrial control systems.

• Use electrical test equipment (VOM, Motor Insulation tester, Oscilloscope).

• Work independently and with team members to complete repairs safely and promptly.

• Report repairs and complete required paperwork and documentation.

• Must have own tools.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 40lbs

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
