[Carlton Fields is seeking a Legal Resource Assistant for its Miami office.
[The Legal Resource Assistant assists legal personnel with administrative and organizational work in a team-oriented, collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position requires exemplary judgment and adherence to high ethical standards.

- Minimum of two to three years of administrative support experience. Law firm environment preferred.
- Candidate must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to be proactive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as electronic document management systems, is required. Experience with iManage is preferred.
[Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:]{arial=""}
- Submission of client intake, opening of new matters, and conflicts requests.
- Tracking, entering, and processing expenses and invoices.
- Efficiently coordinating and scheduling attorney travel.
- Entering attorney time in InTapp.
- Working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other firm applications, as necessary, to complete specific assignments.
