We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Member Services Representative in Miami, Florida. The role entails providing comprehensive support across various departments within the banking industry, requiring adaptability, initiative, and a readiness to assist in diverse areas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide bilingual assistance in Spanish to accommodate a diverse range of clients

• Answer inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

• Utilize banking software and computer programs to process client transactions and update records

• Assist in the loan department, processing applications and maintaining accurate records

• Work within the client services department, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction

• Support reception duties, managing incoming and outgoing communications effectively

• Utilize CRM and Epic Software for customer relationship management and workflow optimization

• Handle cash activity and check processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Support the lending department, assisting with loan processing and customer inquiries

• Carry out billing functions and benefit functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Avaya CMS and other banking software

• Ability to utilize various computer programs efficiently

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

• Familiarity with Epic Software

• Experience in answering inbound calls in a professional and timely manner

• Knowledge of benefit functions and billing functions

• Ability to handle cash activity responsibly and accurately

• Experience in check processing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
