Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry, based in Miami, Florida. The role will involve working as a Project Coordinator , acting as a liaison between stakeholders and designers and taking on a significant workload. Must be entry-level with 1-2 years of experience, this role will be around 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Marketing and Brand Manager, assisting in managing the brand development process.

• Act as a bridge between various stakeholders and designers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.

• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all project components are executed accurately and to the highest standard.

• Utilize 'monday.com' to manage and track project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

• Create and manage detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

• Apply skills in B2B and B2C Marketing to drive project success and meet marketing goals.

• Contribute to brand marketing initiatives, assisting in the creation and implementation of effective brand strategies.

• Be adaptable, open to learning new creative techniques and approaches to enhance project outcomes.

• Ensure all project-related tasks and communications are structured and organized.

Requirements

• Proficient in using monday.com for project management tasks

• Experienced in Brand Marketing within the financial services industry

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage project teams

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively

• Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and standards

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field preferred

• Professional Project Management certification would be advantageous
