The Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the LATAM Global Treasury Operations Team, focusing on client onboarding and the implementation of Treasury Services in Latin America. This position requires fluency in both Portuguese and English, as well as strong client-facing and communication skills. The Project Manager must be adaptable, confident, and proactive in managing various client interactions and project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients and partners during the onboarding process and implementation of Treasury Services in LATAM.

• Conduct discussions with clients confidently, ensuring clear communication and a high level of professionalism.

• Present information effectively to clients and internal teams, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

• Work under pressure in a collaborative team environment, ensuring deadlines and client needs are met.

• Liaise with all levels within the firm and engage with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Manage time effectively and independently, knowing when to escalate issues as needed.

• Demonstrate client-focused behavior, ensuring a seamless experience during the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager supporting the LATAM Global Treasury Operations Team, the associate will support our clients and partners during onboarding process and implementation of Treasury Services in Latam.

• Must Speak Portuguese and English fluently

∙ Presentable, confident and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner

∙ Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience

∙ Ability to work under pressure in a team environment

∙ Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds

∙ Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
