Robert Half Workplace Experience Coordinator in Miami, Florida

Description We are in search of a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team situated in Miami, Florida. This role is integral to our facilities management operations, providing coordination and administrative support for the delivery of Workplace Services. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity that offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where you'll manage various tasks, ranging from inventory supply management to administrative support for the workplace experience team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage inventory supply, ensuring all necessary items are in stock and readily available for use.

• Utilize the work order system to track, manage, and resolve issues related to the workplace environment.

• Assist with badging needs for employees, ensuring everyone has proper identification for security purposes.

• Operate the Concierge Reception/Switchboard, managing incoming calls, and directing them to the appropriate departments.

• Provide administrative support for the Workplace Experience team, including expense management, meeting coordination, and office equipment care.

• Maintain integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery.

• Attend move meetings and coordinate all moves with client contacts.

• Respond to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain relationships with vendors that provide services and goods to the office, ensuring all vendors have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation.

• Ensure the upkeep of the office environment, contributing to a positive and productive workplace experience for all team members. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Communication Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Digital tools

• Experience with Receptionist Duties, including Switchboard Operations

• Ability to handle Documentation tasks effectively

• Familiarity with Database management

• Knowledge of Insurance policies and procedures

• Ability to liaise with Vendors and maintain relationships

• Experience in Check Processing

• Understanding of Facilities Management, including Supply Management

• Proven ability to handle Complaints effectively

• Strong Coordination skills, particularly in regard to Meeting Coordination

• Experience in providing Concierge Services is a plus

• Familiarity with Contractual obligations and Expense Management

• Ability to pass a Drug Test

• Experience in Service Delivery, particularly in the context of EO/IR systems
