Role Overview

As a CNC Programmer, you'll work independently and collaboratively with a variety of departments supporting manufacturing, engineering and quality.  You'll utilize CamProx CAD/CAM software suite to program 5-axis CNC machine from 3D.step files.  (Experience with other CAM software is transferable).  At times, you'll assist CNC operators with initial run tool set-up, troubleshooting and improving programs to maintain machine productivity.  We encourage innovative thinking and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role as a CNC Programmer.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in CAM software (MasterCAM, or CamProx), CNC equipment (mill, 5-axis), 3D files in Fusion 360, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency (equivalent work experience considered).
• Bonus: Construction experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $28/hr-$36/hr (DOE)
