Excelitas Technologies Corp Financial Analyst I in Miamisburg, Ohio

Financial Analyst I MIAMISBURG, OH, UNITED STATES Excelitas Technologies has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst in Miamisburg, Ohio to support its Defense & Aerospace (D&A) Division. This is a full time hybrid position offering a 4-day work week. A background in multi-national manufacturing analytics with a specialization in Cost Accounting and Government Contracting experience is preferred. This position will report to the Director of Finance and will collaborate with product line leaders and finance teams across our locations to identify and utilize data metrics, optimize forecasting, and drive value. Responsibilities: Directly Support D&A leadership in Month End Reporting and Variance Analysis; Drive initiatives to evaluate and monitor operational productivity; Partner with product leaders to evaluate historical data and forecast future program performance; Support Bid & Proposal efforts; Trend, Make-Buy, and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis; Collaborate on Annual Projects (Budget, 5-Year Sales Goal Strategy, Incurred Cost Submissions, Forward Rates); Prepare, evaluate, and monitor financial data for major investments and capital projects; Drive continuous improvement toward standardization of reporting and master data; Support audits with government procurement agencies. Must Have Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Ability to navigate multiple ERPs is required; Must be highly self-motivated and eager to increase knowledge base; Office 365 skills required including expert level Excel ability; High degree of professionalism with the ability to present clear and concise presentations to executive leadership using PowerPoint to interpret data into appropriate charts that deliver useful metrics; Must be comfortable in a high volume, fast paced, dynamic environment; Must be able to multitask; Please note due to the requirements from the Department of Energy, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED; This position requires the use of information that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); Visa sponsorship is not available for any position at Excelitas. Preferred Requirements: 3 years' experience in a manufacturing organization; Knowledge of Government contracting requirements including FAR's and DFAR's; SAP experience; Knowledge of Government Cost Accounting Standards or a background in Cost Accounting; ENABLE your future through light.
