Description

South Dayton Benefits Provider looking for multiple Senior Customer Service Representatives to start immediately for a seasonal position through early December. Senior Customer Service Representative will be taking incoming phone calls from clients who have questions about what they should do for their upcoming Medicare plan renewal. Senior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assessing client’s needs, asking open ended questions, and determining the right next steps for the client by either taking care of them on the spot, or scheduling a follow up meeting with a Renewal Advisor to further explore alternative Medicare plan options.

Senior Customer Service Representative must be customer oriented, able to multitask, have excellent communication skills, self-motivated and have great time management skills. This is a seasonal position working full-time hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. For more information please call 937-224-8326.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer service experience

• Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Positive attitude
