Your strong stake holder management and automation skills will enhance planning processes, reduce bias, and lower supply chain costs while increasing revenue. As a change agent, you\'ll lead the way with a consumer-centric, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, along with program management expertise in Supply Chain. Join us in driving efficiency and success in eCommerce supply chain operations.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Program Management 60%: Change Management: Manage a portfolio of programs, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects across functions. Project Ownership: Take charge of key projects aimed at enhancing analytical knowledge around e-commerce supply chain processes, focusing on increasing Supply Chain accuracy, bias and fill rate. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for automation and increase the use of analytics in the Supply Chain.
