We are looking for a dedicated Stock Clerk 3 to complete our team. This position gives you the opportunity to support the Area Office of the Retail Operations Division, Pennsylvania State Lottery by ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing Lottery-related materials and supplies. In this role, you will utilize your inventory experience to fulfil the supply needs for Lottery headquarters and game vendors. You will be responsible for identifying obsolete materials by performing periodic physical and electronic inventories, maintaining accurate inventory of materials, and verifying accuracy of orders, all while ensuring proper security measures are employed at all times to prevent loss or compromise of stored items. You will have the opportunity to assist employees with loading supplies in vehicles, deliver orders to retail locations, as well as maintain pool vehicles. Additional responsibilities may include: Checking delivery manifests Allocating and distributing marketing materials Maintaining records on all retailer prizes received in the warehouse Managing a clean and safe storage area Completing data entry and tracking supplies

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) ad hoc. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Dauphin. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Three years of experience in stores control work, including one year of experience with responsibility for the operation of a small storeroom; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a high school or vocational school; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
