Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Quality Engineer to take a leading role in ensuring the effectiveness and improvement of their Quality Management System. This critical position focuses on validating processes, analyzing data, and driving improvements to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities
- Validate quality processes by defining product specifications and attributes to meet engineering designs.
- Prepare quality documentation and reports, summarizing data from failed processes, corrective actions, stability studies, recalls, and re-validations.
- Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications.
- Document quality issues and performance metrics for management review and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the development and execution of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Update manufacturing process flow documentation and work instructions as needed.
- Conduct end-of-line audits focusing on product and process parameters.
- Collect and analyze data to assist QA engineers, product engineering, manufacturing, and distribution teams in addressing and resolving issues.
- Support Quality Tier 3 and daily production meetings by providing actionable data for issue resolution.
- Provide training and guidance for quality technicians, ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
- Proven ability to resolve quality issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills; works effectively in team settings.
- Advanced knowledge of ISO systems and quality tools, including Gage R&R, capability analysis, Weibull, 8D, 3x5 Why, and Ishikawa/Fishbone diagrams.
- Familiarity with GD&T, ERP systems, QMS, and Minitab software.
- ASQ certification is a plus.
