Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Midland, Texas, 79705, United States. The primary function of this role involves maintaining and processing financial transactions and records, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations effectively.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks related to financial transactions.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering phone inquiries and resolving issues.

• Utilize software such as QuickBooks, Open Invoice, and Excel for various accounting tasks.

• Handle account reconciliation tasks and ensure all financial records are accurate.

• Assist with billing processes and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

• Work with Oracle and SAP for financial management tasks.

• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring all customer credit records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Possess bilingual skills, which would be an added advantage in serving diverse customer base. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Excellent Data Entry skills
