We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Admin with a construction company in Midlothian, Virginia. As a pivotal part of our team, you will be performing a variety of tasks, ranging from managing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role is within the industry of construction and will be based in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Efficiently handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and ordering office supplies

• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees

• Actively participate in various HR duties

• Sort and process invoices accurately

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and account reconciliation tasks

• Maintain a well-organized administrative office and ensure basic office skills are applied in daily operations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Experience with Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with handling Switchboard - Phones 1 - 10 Lines

• Knowledge of Administrative Office procedures

• Possess Basic Office Skills

• Familiarity with the process of Ordering Office Supplies
