Hyper Clean Duct Cleaning LLC Project Manager (PM) in Midlothian, Virginia

**[SUMMARY [The Project Manager oversees a project or variety of projects from start to finish. They are responsible for managing the budget and estimated costs, along with maintaining a safe work environment while maintaining project profitability.

  • Supervise and direct overall project activities including planning, coordinating and meeting critical project milestones
  • Resolve problems that may arise
  • Work alongside the safety department to ensure a zero accident work environment
  • Maintain all: change order logs, submittals after turnover, documents(drawing) logs and project tracking mechanisms
  • Manage the project quality control plan through regular site checks and reporting
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients, subcontractors and important stakeholders
  • Manage client relationships and client satisfaction
  • Cooperate with and technically assists field personnel assigned to project
  • Follow up and follow through on time sensitive tasks and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Work with estimating team to price change orders
  • Resolve change orders in a timely manner
  • Manage all project billing ensuring projects are cash flow positive within 90 days of start
  • Evaluate project risk
  • Manage inventory of company assets assigned to projects
  • Negotiate and coordinates with external vendors
  • Work with Construction Mangers/Superintendents regarding project labor needs and production
  • Keep the Project Executive aware of the progress by preparing and regularly updating project progress reports
  • Participates in internal weekly Project Manager meetings
  • Maintain a professional appearance by engaging in daily hygiene practices, keeping clothes clean and well-kept and dress for an office environment. Business casual attire is preferred.
