Job Description:

Responsible to commission, perform preventive maintenance, and provide aftermarket services for FLSmidth systems, which include ECS, AceSys, and Plant Data Management Systems; offer remote support in case of any system-related issues. install and update ECS Systems; conduct remote and onsite preventive maintenance visits to assess Windows Servers, Virtual machines, Hot fixes, Databases, Applications, and resolve client issues; proactively monitor and maintain systems to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency, including PC hardware and operating systems; perform software installation and configuration; conduct onsite and remote troubleshooting for SQL database issues, Windows servers, Virtual Machines, various control systems, FLSmidth ECS Scada, OPC Communication, and Network Protocols; conduct audits of Firewalls and Managed Antivirus systems in OT network systems as part of Industrial Cyber Security Practices; design SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) Templates based on customer requirements and troubleshoot performance tuning, installation/upgrade/patching; analyze SQL database metadata and maintain it in a structured data format; perform critical integrity operations; manage Routers, Switches, Virtual LANs, and other components in Plant Environments; and provide solutions to clients regarding device integration using different protocols, data processing, security, and data handling.

Requirements:

The position requires the minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field, and 2 years' experience in the job offered or any related occupation, to include 2 years' experience working with PLC programming including Ladder logic and Acesys function blocks in RSLogix, Step 7, PCS 7, and unity PLC; 2 years' experience working with HMI programming, including ECS; 2 years' experience working with industrial networking, ControlNet, Device net, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Modbus TCP; and 2 years' experience with firewall Configuration CISCO, DELL SonicWALL. Incumbent will be required to travel 70% of the time on domestic and international trips lasting 1-2 weeks in duration. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. Experience may have been gained concurrently.
