Summer 2025 Paid Internship

The mission of the Agile Planning & Delivery Operations Team: Create, deliver, and communicate client-centric innovative product solutions using actionable insights to meet our strategic business objectives while providing value for our clients and the enterprise.

The Agile Planning & Delivery Operations Team is seeking an intern to serve in a Business Systems Analyst role to work closely with their direct teammates to implement improvements within our area of Program/Project Management and Governance responsibilities, learning and leveraging Agile methods. This is a great opportunity to begin thinking of leading in a new way and learning industry techniques to work in and as a team. Additionally, experience with an Enterprise Agile transformation will be the highlight of your internship and the “dink” on your resume. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work or pair with team to deliver backlog work items – process automation, reporting, quality reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting, requirements gathering

  • Actively participate in increment planning activities that will drive to committed outcomes

  • Assist and engage in key team events (i.e., planning, training, workshops)

  • Support the product owner and overall team to identify and articulate requirements (backlog refinement)

  • Support events with customers that aids in their learning (e.g., communities of practice, demos)

    Desired Experience/Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems (BS) with an emphasis data analytics, engineering

  • Experience in leading teams, i.e.in school, personal organizations, clubs

  • Self-motivated, servant minded and creative

  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, take accountability and ownership of tasks

  • Excellent critical thinking, able to solve problems quickly and creatively

  • Experience with Microsoft or Power Automate automation
