Job Title: Structural EngineerJob Description

A regional leader in professional engineering and consulting civil engineering services is seeking a Structural Engineer with S.E. to perform structural analysis and calculations for commercial and municipal buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience designing tilt-up buildings, masonry buildings, timber, and other concrete structures. The Engineer will prepare original structural drawings and revisions for buildings and other structures, provide competent structural analysis using common structural software including RISA 3D, Ansys, STAAD, Enercalc, and assist with developing construction plans using REVIT. The Engineer will also provide review and QA/QC of construction plans and calculations and design Post-Tensioned concrete structures for tanks and floor slabs. Previous experience with PT slab design and plan production is preferred. Experience leading and managing engineering projects is required.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Midvale, Utah.

Work Environment

Preferred in office 5 days a week, 8 am to 5 pm, hourly with 1.5x for overtime. The Structural Engineer can work in any Sunrise office in Utah (Cedar City, Fillmore, Logan, Richfield, Roosevelt, Salt Lake, Ogden, Saint George, Springville).
