What’s the job?

• Work directly with warehouse personnel in confirmation and accuracy of shipping documents

• Answer the phone and communicate with all departments within the facility

• Maintain daily raw material logs against receipts

• Insuring to meet legal requirements for outbound movements including weights and NAFTA laws

• Correctly hand out the Bills of Lading for each outbound shipment

• Ensure all Canadian Bill of Ladings have the proper PARS documents

• Fax CCI documents to the proper border crossings

• Must have all Bill of Ladings signed & retain copy for our records

• Log in EXCEL all outbound loads to include Truck, Trailer, and Order Number & Weight

Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM with some overtime required periodically.

What do you bring?

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with practical, hands-on work experience.

• At least 5 years’ experience in a fast- paced warehouse environment directing transport traffic and handling associated paperwork.

• Must be detail oriented and able to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
