The Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. You will set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others by celebrating successes and provide timely feedback. Our ideal candidate will be a team player and a future leader/manager in the marking, whether it's with Dunkin' or elsewhere!
Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age
Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
6 months previous leadership experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
Meet safety and sanitation standards
Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
Works well in a team environment
