Seeking Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including:
Opening and closing the office
Answering phones and making appointment reminder calls
Greeting consumers, collecting co-payments
Entering billing and other data into the electronic health record
General administrative duties including managing medical records, medical billing data, filing, copying, scanning, supplies
The ideal candidate is a friendly, respectful, well-organized, reliable individual with good computer, problem-solving and communication skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working independently.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours
Tuesday - Friday, 12pm to 8pm
Saturday, 9am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $21.00/hourly

Required Skills
Successful candidates must be highly organized, detail oriented, reliable, responsible and friendly
Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills (including Microsoft Office) required
Previous experience in a mental health or social services setting is preferred but not required
Required Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience required
