ENTRUST Solutions Group Project Manager I in Milford, Ohio
Description
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the electric distribution industry? We are looking for a passionate and innovative Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work combined with on-site support in Cincinnati, with travel to project sites about 20% of the time.
As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they exceed performance indicators such as schedule, budget, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality control. You will mentor and supervise other Project Managers and senior technical leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Your role will also involve engaging with clients through sales calls and presentations, building and maintaining strong relationships. Additionally, you will implement a system to accurately forecast fee revenue on a monthly basis and ensure our engineering practices are at the forefront of standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations.
This is a hybrid role that will regularly require support at project sites in Cincinnati.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the electric distribution industry.
Proven track record in managing engineering projects.
Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Solid project management experience, including cost, budget, and schedule management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent technical degree.
