Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with daily living activities. * Providing companionship and emotional support. * Supporting clients in participating in community activities and social events. * Following personalized care plans as and documenting via detailed shift notes and task records. Qualifications: * 18yrs of age or older * One year of experience providing care to Special Needs individuals. * Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. * Compassionate, patient, and reliable. * Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
