Hiring Maintenance Technicians in Southern DE!

We have a great opportunity for entry-level maintenance workers or seasoned industrial maintenance professionals. Pay & level of responsibility will range based on experience level.

Pay

Pay is fully based on experience and can go upwards of $35/hour including a sign on bonus and weekly pay!

Shift

1 st , 2 nd & 3 rd shift opportunities with OT available.

Must be flexible with shift times.

$0.75/hour shift differential.

Weekend work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical & electrical repairs on manufacturing equipment.

• Troubleshoot, inspect, and adjust equipment and machinery as needed.

• Perform both PM's and corrective maintenance as needed.

• Work in teams as assigned.

• Perform basic diagnostics, and test damaged machine parts to determine whether major repairs are necessary.

• General facility maintenance must be completed as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a technical school graduate with a focus on industrial maintenance/electrical.

• High mechanical aptitude with the ability to use all necessary hand and power tools.

• Experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems.

• Ability to diagnose and repair PLCs as needed.

• Experience in repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Welding and fabrication knowledge/experience is a plus.
